Always tasty, fast and great prices. Especially in the Corona time and great for picking up! On site, of course, it's the atmosphere and the great owner who make the location even better.

After a long time, I felt like having a delicious fillet steak with side dishes again and was glad that Speckmanns Mühlenstuben has a pick-up service during Corona. Unfortunately, when ordering over the phone, I forgot to say that I would like the steak through. Also, when I placed my order I wasn't asked how I would like the FIletsteack. When I unpacked the food I ordered at home with great anticipation, I unfortunately had to discover that the piece of meat was still very bloody - and therefore inedible and edible for me. So unfortunately just under 22 EUR of fillet steak ended up in the trash can. I would have at least expected that if there is no information about the degree of doneness of the meat, that one can at least assume "medium", which might have been okay for me. Otherwise - before Corona - we always enjoyed eating well at Speckmanns Mühlenstuben!

Ordered there yesterday, NEVER got SO good beef, great taste, medium cooked to the point, all in all pretty NiCE, everyone else was extremely satisfied. Price-performance ratio is right. Thank you very much!

First of all, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for this delicious and tasty meal. Even in such difficult times as the current lockdown, it is important to support such excellent restaurants. Me and my parents have been loyal guests of this beautiful restaurant for decades, wedding anniversaries, birthdays and anniversaries have been held at El Cadoro, we were never disappointed, the food is excellent. The dishes, the quality & price / performance ratio are all great. Since it is currently not feasible to eat in the restaurants, we pre-ordered for Christmas and were once again enthusiastic about the delicious dishes. They are hot and just as tasty as when you are there. The herb butter is the top hammer 👍🏻 We always like to take an extra small portion with us. The steak is cooked to perfection, the turkey is still juicy and hot, the fries crispy and the salad and dressing excellent. We've been back for almost 2 years. And we were not disappointed. The steak platter was awesome. The steaks were exactly how you want them to be, and the side dishes were also delicious. The staff was on the ball and very friendly. Unfortunately, we live in Bochum and cannot order takeaway so well, but as soon as "sitting" is possible again, we will definitely be back. :-)

This is our second time there. The menu is very extensive, there is something for everyone, but the choice was still sometimes very difficult because there were almost too many dishes. The waiting time for the food was okay, the service was very nice and courteous. The food was tasty, the meat was very well fried and the dishes are not too expensive. Only the ambience is a bit rustic and the Julischka, which was included with the bill from the house, tasted a bit strange. But we'd love to come back.

Telephone pre-order takes place! Table reservation for 4 adults and 1 child, 1 p.m. at lunchtime! Table assigned and taken after 2 minutes in compliance with hygiene regulations! A friendly greeting and prompt acceptance of the beverage order! Fast delivery of the ordered drinks and receipt of the food order. At 1.35 p.m. we all had our food on the table in what everyone involved said was excellent quality and large portions! The steaks were really awesome! Even the Rotkäppchen platter was not completely eaten with enthusiasm due to the portion size! We will be back!!!

Great restaurant, very good food, the fillet steaks are amazing. The service is very friendly, nice and competent. One can only recommend this place. And I am of the opinion that there is no better restaurant in the area.

We had lunch there, once pork loin with chanterelles and the surprise plate, super good food, salad was so much that we were afraid that we would not be able to eat the main course, but it was so good that we really made it and It was not a little seldom eaten so well, praise to the chef, everything was great, will definitely be back, unfortunately you can only give 5 stars, would like to give more 👍👍👍👍👍

Yesterday I was there for the first time with my girlfriend. We were greeted warmly and were able to choose a table. After we sat down outside, the menu would also be brought to us promptly and not intrusively. We were asked if we would like to drink something. We ordered something to drink and looked at the menu. There really is something for everyone. I chose the Mix Grill `` El Cardo '' grill plate for the 176. We had to wait about 15 minutes for the food, which in my opinion was very quick for a very busy restaurant. The meal came at the same time as my greundin's. The portion was very plentiful and also sufficient. The meat was PERFECTLY seasoned and cooked to the point. The meat was very juicy and absolutely not dry. There was also a homemade herbal cream. The prices are fully justified for the size and quality. In my opinion, it wouldn't be bad if it were 2-3 euros more expensive. I have really never eaten such delicious, well-seasoned and perfectly cooked meat. And I've eaten somewhere several times. The staff was extremely friendly and not intrusive. I felt like I was in a 6 star restaurant. We weren't there for the last time yesterday. Have eaten here a number of times, it was ok, only this time everything was different, I celebrated my birthday here, two plates were ordered for two people each, compared to the plates before these were slimmed down and vegetables such as carrots or peas were also missing , the meat wasn't particularly good this time either. My grandson and I ordered a chicken soup beforehand, my grandson was unlucky because a millipede was found in the soup. The message was, and must have been in the vegetables, no excuse, and the house hadn't taken care of anything. A house that has a very good reputation, so I expected a different reaction to the positive.

The time until the meal is at the table, is normal and in order. The dishes themselves were fresh and tasty. Price was also reasonable. If you want to eat delicious steak is here in good hands. But there is also a large salad bar. Definitely the restaurant gets a recommendation!
